These terms govern your use of BoloGoal, Pakistan's football intelligence platform, operated by TEK2 (Private) Limited. They apply to players, organizers and scouts, and to the parents and guardians of players under 18.
By creating an account or using BoloGoal, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian must also agree to them for you. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
BoloGoal builds verified, data-backed profiles for footballers in Pakistan. Organizers — companies, clubs and hosts — create and fund matches. Corner cameras record each match, and people who attend can upload footage from the BoloGoal app. Our AI works out per-player stats from that footage, and our analysts review them before they reach a player's profile. Scouts can search, shortlist and compare players.
BoloGoal is not a club, an agent or an employer. Being on BoloGoal doesn't guarantee a trial, a selection or a contract.
BoloGoal is open to players of all ages. If you're under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to use BoloGoal. If you register on behalf of a company, club or other organization, you confirm that you're authorized to act for it.
Give accurate information when you sign up and when we verify your account or role. Players verify their identity with photos of their identity document, such as their CNIC, and a personal photo, which our team checks by hand. We may reject a registration we can't verify, and tell you why. Giving false information or someone else's documents to get verified can lead to your account being suspended. Keep your login details secure, and if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, tell us immediately at privacy@tek2.pk. If you're the parent or guardian of a player under 18, you're responsible for how their account is used.
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@tek2.pk. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian can ask for you. We'll confirm the request comes from you, or from your parent or guardian, and reply within 30 days. See "Data retention and deletion" in our Privacy Policy.

If you're a player, turn up for the matches you're selected for. Our team keeps a record of attendance, which organizers don't see, and missing matches you were selected for can lead to your account being suspended or closed.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. If you're a scout, misusing an under-18 player's data is a serious breach of these terms.
You keep ownership of the footage you upload. By uploading it, you confirm that you have the right to, and you give TEK2 (Private) Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store it, process it (including with AI) to produce match stats, and show it on BoloGoal to the people who can see the related player profiles.
Stats on BoloGoal are worked out by AI and reviewed by our analysts, but they can still contain mistakes. If you think a stat is wrong, email privacy@tek2.pk and a member of our team will review it by hand. We may correct or remove stats that turn out to be wrong.
From a player's stats we calculate their rating, their tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Elite) and their Player Value. These can go up or down as you play more matches, and they change if a stat they're based on is corrected. Changes affect your appearance fees for future matches (see section 9).
Players earn an appearance fee for each match they're selected for. Your fee for a match is fixed once that match has been created with you in the squad, based on your Player Value at that moment. New match data can change your rating, tier and Player Value, and so the fees for matches created after that. Fees are added to your BoloGoal balance after the match, and you can withdraw your balance to a mobile wallet we support, such as JazzCash. Make sure the account number you give us is correct. Withdrawals aren't instant, larger withdrawals need approval by our team, and there may be a minimum withdrawal amount, which the app shows you.
Scouts and clubs can subscribe to see full player profiles, stats and footage. The price and billing period are shown before you subscribe.
Organizers pay for the matches they arrange under a separate agreement with TEK2 (Private) Limited.
We don't guarantee that BoloGoal will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop offering features.

BoloGoal is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of BoloGoal, including the outcome of any trial, selection or scouting decision.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts at Lahore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know before it takes effect, for example by email. Continuing to use BoloGoal after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
