BoloGoal turns real matches into verified player profiles. This page explains what we collect, how AI and our analysts use it, who can see it, and the rights you and your parent or guardian have.
We collect what we need to run BoloGoal for players, organizers and scouts.
Our team checks each player's identity document and photo by hand. We don't send them to an outside verification service, and we never show your identity document to scouts, organizers or other users. We delete the images of your identity document once we've finished verifying you. Your personal photo appears on your player profile.
Footage from the corner cameras, and footage uploaded by people at the match, goes through our AI engine. The AI detects what happens in the match and works out per-player stats: shots, possession, passing, fouls, corners and offsides. From those stats we calculate each player's rating, tier and Player Value.
Our analysts then review and check the AI's output. A stat reaches a player's profile only after that review. If you think a stat on your profile is wrong, email privacy@tek2.pk and a member of our team will review it by hand.
For players under 18, see "Players under 18" below.
The corner cameras record the whole match, and footage uploaded by people at the match can show anyone nearby. So BoloGoal footage can include people who don't have a BoloGoal account, such as referees, coaches or spectators. If you appear in BoloGoal footage, you can email privacy@tek2.pk to ask what we hold about you or to raise a concern.
We share player profiles with scouts on BoloGoal, as described above. When a player withdraws their earnings, we give their mobile wallet provider the account number and amount so they can make the payment. We may disclose information if the law requires us to. How we protect BoloGoal data is on our Security page.
We don't delete data after a set period. We keep your account, profile, footage and stats for as long as BoloGoal operates, unless your account is deleted. The one exception is the images of a player's identity document, which we delete once we've finished verifying them.
You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it by emailing privacy@tek2.pk. If you're under 18, your parent or guardian can ask for you. We'll confirm the request comes from you, or from your parent or guardian, and reply within 30 days.
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask for your account and data to be deleted, by emailing privacy@tek2.pk. We respond within 30 days and do not charge a fee for reasonable requests.
BoloGoal is open to players of all ages. If you're under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian to use BoloGoal.
A parent or guardian can act for a player under 18: they can ask for a copy of the player's data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the player's account and data, by emailing privacy@tek2.pk. We respond within 30 days.
Scouts may use an under-18 player's data only to assess them as a footballer on BoloGoal, as our Terms of Service require. If you're worried about how anyone is using a young player's data, tell us at privacy@tek2.pk.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know before it takes effect, for example by email.
